You can complain all you want about the end of support but Google is insanely clear about [https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/6220366?hl=en when devices will stop being supported]. The repeated references to a specific model (one which is fairly old by now) also leads me to believe the original author has no clue what they are talking about.
