While I&amp;#039;m admittedly unfamiliar with this company, it doesn&amp;#039;t &amp;#039;&amp;#039;appear&amp;#039;&amp;#039; that ZEN.COM held a firm stance either way regarding custom operating systems prior to the change. It&amp;#039;s not unusual — perhaps even understandable — for a business to restrict usage in this manner. The article being significantly under-developed doesn&amp;#039;t help its case, either.&lt;br /&gt;
