I've posted this proposal for human-friendly contracts a while back. There's some refs/sources that can be "mined" from it, but I believe most of the proposal is relevant to the CRW, so it deserves to be mentioned in some article. I'm asking because there's many articles where it could be referenced, so I'm not sure which is more "central" or relevant. Maybe this is a sign that there should be an article about "proposals for humane terms-of-service" or something similar? I did mention (in the post) that other people tried to solve similar problems
