On July 18, 2025, Popeyes was hit with 10 violations over raw chicken, cut lettuce and cabbage were out temperature, large number of flies, fumes and smoke, raw sewage inside the men's bathroom. On September 9, 2025, the restaurant received 18 health code violations from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation due to improper handwashing and clothing procedures, mold at coolers and ice machine, solid walls, food debris on equipment handles, and grease buildup under fryers.
