Hi, I'm someone here and this the time you created that page is pretty comical timing for me, as that is very close timing to when I finished writing something on [[Consumer Rights Wiki talk:RfC - site navigability]] which is basically a place where people can voice their opinions on how navigable the site is. That seems like a perfect example of a visitor's experience with the site, and so I've linked people there.
