Incidents
Change of the terms of the sale after the sale (2026)
On March 18th Superhive sent an email telling creators that all products on the platform will be sold as one time purchase +12 months of support. This change affect changes in lifetime Licenses and their updates to a one year period for updates and support. Now new and previous purchase of Licenses and updates will be unavailable for those who bought the add-on after the new support ends. This changes the terms and conditions on anyone who previously bought the product believing that this would be a lifetime product with updates. To get more updates, you have to pay 50% of the initial add-on cost to the platform and creator. [3] They plan to make this change for one time purchases that will become a yearly update support purchase which is likened to a subscriptions.
