Hej, I have a public IP and I was running a mail server for 2 years. my IP is not on any blacklist, and has never been. I registered the server with Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Yandex. Now I can not send mail. Have you blocked outgoing smtp connections to port 25?

No it is actually one port among others that is blocked by default. But did it work for you earlier?

Yes, for two years. I came from vacation, and wanted to send an email. I returned 5 days later. This caused disturbance to a project I am working on

Well it's not really a decision I have taken, it's one port among a lot of others that are blocked in all open city-nets, due to them frquently being abused.

I can however try to re-send your public ip then you can try again?

All I want is to unblock it. I know that email can be abused, but what you are saying is collective punishment, which is forbidden under international law.
