Cricut mug press

I'd like to add a note about a mug press that can't be activated for unknown reasons while still under warranty and how Cricut informed the owner they "deactivated" the serial number while also giving no answer as to whether the defective device would be replaced. I just can't find any instructions how to use this page and i don't want to mess up anything. Can somebody please help?
