The company uses deceitful sales tactic, by leasing the unit 1 dollar a month, with requirements in how much you order. They also attempt to sell unnecessary “cleaning” and other service add‑ons for their water coolers, even though these services are not required for normal operation.
If consumer wants to get out of a subscription, Primo Brands will attempt to charge you and take back the unit.
Attempting to call them for customer service, nets you fees. You have to contact them via their chatbot if you do not want to incur charges. This isn't listed in terms, but in the subscriber agreement.

[edit | edit source]Get the initial offer with a privacy.com card or some sort of pre-paid card. Get the unit delivered. Ignore them. Fill up your water from the tap, as they do. You can get reusable
