Glimpse LLC Issued an email to its customers announcing the new change. The email was sent at 3:57 PM, 2026-03-05. Consumers were given until 2026-03-06 to end their use of the site before the new terms go into effect. Consumets were given eight hours and three minutes to read the new TOS before it was legally enforcable.

The new Terms of Service include a clause which could disable hardware if updates are not installed.
