If it's not ok for The Crew, it's not ok here. While the offering of refunds is nice, and should absolutely be mentioned in the article, I don't think it absolves the company of bricking a purchased device owned by the consumer. Needs de-AIed, but could wind up being a valid short article if this is done.)
