Brands Acquisition
editNative Instruments has acquired two significant brands iZotope and Plugin Alliance.[citation needed (29 Jan 2026)] The brands were initially merged under an umbrella brand named Soundwide, and shortly later under the Native Instruments brand name. Native Instruments got fined for this, which made them bankrupt and sell all of their products.[citation needed (29 Jan 2026)]
